ABOUT GODDESS CANDLES:
Goddess Candles are a mother and daughter team located in Lake Macquarie, NSW. Our products are made with the highest quality soy wax and fragrances that is vegan and cruelty free. Our products are extensively tested and handmade in a clean, sanitised work space. You can expect the highest quality available as we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Goddess Candles are sold exclusively on our website and sold at our market stall.

GODDESS CANDLES RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your Goddess products so please choose carefully as we do NOT offer a refund for change of mind. All sales are FINAL.
 All of the items listed at Goddess Candles are photographed and described to the best possible accuracy.

Refunds will be offered ONLY if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival and a request for refund/exchange must be sent to goddess.candles@hotmail.com along with photo evidence of damage to item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
A request for refund must be email within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests outside of this time frame will be denied. No exceptions. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Afterpay.
Please note we DO NOT accept Paypal E-Cheque payments.


WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES:
We do not wholesale. Thank you.

DONATIONS:
Goddess Candles allow a certain amount a month for donations. If you would like to be considered - please send an email at goddess.candles@hotmail.com. As a small business, we cannot accept every request. Thank you.
